The GLHS Heart and Pride Award is a prestigious award given to employees throughout our school district. There are only two winners each month, and this month, Lincoln teacher Samantha Davis and Middle School East teacher Laura Montgomery have received the Heart and Pride Award. Both teachers were recognized at the Board of Education Meeting for showing “the heart of a Lion”. Miss Davis teaches social studies at CLAW Academy, and we caught up with her to see how she feels about the award.
